HedgeCollar ("the desk") is trading software for event contracts
listed on regulated and third-party venues. By using it you agree:
You trade your own account. Orders are placed on
venues (e.g. Kalshi, Polymarket US) under credentials and accounts you
control. HedgeCollar is not a broker, custodian, or counterparty and
does not hold customer funds.
No advice. Plays, previews, insights, and base
rates are analytical tools, not investment, legal, or tax advice, and
not an offer or solicitation of any security or contract.
Software provided as-is. No warranty of
uninterrupted operation or of any trading outcome. Risk controls are
best-effort tools, not guarantees.
Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding
your credentials. New accounts operate in paper mode; live trading is
an explicit, human-approved switch.
Acceptable use. No use that violates a venue's
terms, applicable law, or attempts to access other users' data.
Privacy
We store what the product needs to work: your account (username,
organization, hashed password), your plays, jobs, orders, and an
append-only transaction ledger.
If you request access on our site, we store the name, email,
optional company or role, and message you send, plus the IP address
it came from (to stop abuse). We use it only to reply to you.
We do not sell data, run ads, or use third-party analytics or
tracking cookies. Session state is a signed token.
Order data is shared with the trading venue that executes it —
that's what placing an order is.
Ask us to delete your account and we will, except records we must
keep for accounting integrity.
Risk disclosures
You can lose money. Event contracts are
speculative; a position can lose its entire cost. Only risk what you
can afford to lose.
Floors are tools, not guarantees. Stops and
hedges depend on live markets — gaps, halts, thin books, and venue
outages can make a fill impossible at the intended price.
Automation risk. Automated plays act on market
data that can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable.
Past results — including demo playback on our
site — do not predict future results.
